How we count
The A100 is the generation before the H100 and it is still the cheapest way to hold a large model in one board's memory. 21 configurations qualify, on the 40 GB and 80 GB boards in both packages, from $1.19/GPU-hr. The 80 GB board fits a 70-billion-parameter model in 8-bit weights; the 40 GB one does not, so read the memory column before the price. Prices are the on-demand rate for one GPU for one hour, in each provider's own currency converted to dollars, so a node with eight GPUs is ranked at what one of its GPUs costs. Storage, egress and tax are extra unless the row says otherwise.
The number beside each machine is what one of its GPUs costs for one hour. The whole machine bills $1.19/hr at the top of this list, so read the configuration before the rate: $1.19 a GPU-hour on an eight-GPU node is eight times that on the invoice.
