How we count
Each report is the state of the market in one calendar month: how many rentals and providers there were, the typical price, the cheapest in each tier, how many prices moved and by how much, and which providers joined.
The daily refresh rewrites the current month's report every day. Once the month is over nothing writes to it again, so a closed month shows the market as its last refresh found it and never changes after.
Where the month before is on record, a report says how each number moved against it.
