Every list is ranked again each day from the prices the providers publish.

A single node and a database with a standby are never in one list, and a provider counts once per size, at its cheapest database there. A price read for the first time, or that moved a lot, keeps its place while a second reading checks it, and gives first place to a price that is confirmed or a week old whenever the list has one.
